General Director:  Stephen Volenic

     Stephen has been involved with sales, marketing and manufacturing design for over 35 years.  He has a lot of knowledge when it comes to what customers need.  He is an honest, hardworking, dedicated person and a very valuable asset to the company.  Stephen has studied many aspects of design, art, marketing and sales which all mold nicely into manufacturing.  He has travelled and experienced many cities, states and culture throughout his life which also not only gives him the book smarts, but also the hands on experience.  These attributes give an equal balance of what people want and how well he treats his customers making a win-win situation for both parties.  His morals are very high and his attitude is always positive.  Stephen will be very upfront and honest with everyone he conducts himself with.  True, honest and always professional.  All Stephen asks for is to be given an equal chance at bidding your job and gaining your trust in him representing ASMP to be your one and only manufacture of screw machine parts.

     Linda has been involved with purchasing for ASMP for over 15 years.  She always tries to get the best pricing for tools and materials to be able to pass on the savings to our customers.  She recently began working inside sales and has become very good at it.  She has a very personable way with people on the phone and she is not afraid to be persistent in getting feedback.  Her motto for the company is we would like to know how competitive we are or aren't so we know what to do moving forward.  Linda has worked in this industry for many of years and knows a lot of resources for the best prices out there.  Being the only woman in the office, she also keeps all of the men in line and respectful.  Linda is such an asset to ASMP and if you are a customer and deal with her, you will agree and see why.

Sales Consultant: Ray Prettyman

     For our customers that have been with us since the early 1970's and still with their company will know Ray as the original owner/founder of A.S.M.P, Inc.  He has the expertise not many people in this field can offer.  Not only do we have a great team in the office, but our shop employees have been mentored by one of the best in the manufacturing sector!  Ray can pretty much figure out any given situation to run a part, and if it can be manufactured on a screw machine shop, he will figure out how to do it the best and most practicle way possible.  Meeting or dealing with Ray will automatically make you feel like you've known him all of your life.  What better of a person to work with and have as a mentor for us all.  Ray has worked in manufacturing all of his adult life and I think it just flows through his veins and he truly enjoys every minute he spends working on or for a project.
